Description

If the laserdisc Battletoads game probably was pretty clear concept, this one is surely sounds indistinct and dubious: a Ghosts 'n Goblins game, where the classic story of knight, who fights hordes of monsters to save the Princess is actually a political and religious satire that also ridicules the vices of modern society. And it should be rendered to look as close to old style printmaking as it possible. And I can't say exactly why I think it's a good idea. Just seems right to me.

Though I always wanted to do printmaking stylisation, I rather quickly gave up on trying to make all the picture in this style, so I only "shaded" Arthur and used bunch of textures for the rest of he picture. And it was a rather deliberate decision, since it would take way too much time otherwise. Overall result looks OK to me - could have been little more dynamic, but on the other hand those characters in old books had tendency to took theatrical dramatic poses.
Also, there is lack of sea life, but only because I wanted to make this sea to look more dead.

Feel free to critique.
